I Heart You!

There sure was a lotta love in this house this past Tuesday. 

The girls gave Bennet a little rose (that was given to them by Daddy) and asked him to be their Valentine. Yes, they re-gifted.

It didn't take him long to tear it up. 

The girls had their Valentine's Day party at school and Mommy got to stop by for a bit and take some pictures.

For dinner we had the Bodungen's, Granny and Monica and Jourdy over for a special meal prepared by Daddy and Uncle Derrick (well kind of...I'm pretty sure Brandie made his part). Daddy surprised me with a panini maker and he used it to make some delicious paninis...and he even made a panini chocolate chip ice cream cookie for dessert. The kitchen was a bit of a disaster, but he scrubbed it when he was done. Thanks Daddy for our special meal!

Monica is staying with us for a while because we live closer to the office where she is doing her clinical rotation for school. The girls are LOVING it and haven't seem to settle down or get out of the show-off phase. They ask where she is in the morning, when she's coming home, if she's spending the night, etc. They are going to be devastated when her rotation is over and she goes back home. So, since she is staying with us, Cousin Jourdy (her fiancée) joined us for some Valentine fun too.

And then the disaster began. Granny brought over all the old dance and halloween costumes from me, my sister, Em & Kate and the girls played dress up all night long. Em has on my cheerleading outfit and jacket and was seriously planning to wear it to school the next day...

I will soon be posting some pics of me in these outfits because it was really scary how much I thought the girls looked like me.
