Our Funny Bunny Weekend

This weekend we had a house full and very thankful for all the great family we have! It started off on Thursday when Kak & Josh arrived with their dogs, Tex and Jaxson. The girls love playing with Tex. We spent the day on Friday flying kites that they brought the girls and throwing the ball for Tex. The weekend got more exciting when Gams and Pops showed up Friday afternoon.  Adde & Clare loved all the company and were sad to see them go on Sunday.

Here is the pro ball thrower, Adde, tossing the tennis balls for Tex. It took  her a while to figure out how to use the thrower and you better be out of sight and range when she swings it or you will get pounded by either the thrower or the ball.

  

 

Clare enjoying a little ride on her four wheeler. On Thursday evening they burned up one of the motors on the back wheel of the Gator so they had to spend the weekend on these.

Adde flying the kite all by herself! It was a really really windy day (as usual these days) and she held onto it very well.

Here is the pro ball thrower again, but in style with Aunt Kak’s shoes. She didn’t skip a beat or step with them on.

   

 

Saturday morning and the girls were out again flying kites and throwing the ball for Tex.

  

 

Easter Egg Hunt #2. The girls had their first egg hunt at the library, but I didn’t capture any pictures. This one was compliments of Gams & Pops. They were much more successful this year than last. They stopped at the first egg last year and was only interested in what the first egg was filled with.

The guys boiled crawfish for us to eat after a long day of playing and hunting eggs. Gams & Pops even hid a few $$ eggs for us to hunt. Thanks G & P as I stashed the most cash! We woke up Sunday morning, went to Easter mass and then waved bye bye to our company. Early afternoon we headed to Poppa and Anna’s for another Easter celebration. Pics to come.
