Never to big to sit in Santa’s lap

Mommy & Daddy took us to the Mall to sit on Santa’s lap! We missed all the opportunities while he was in our town, so we had to venture out to the mall. Oh darn!

Here we are Happy Happy Happy about sitting on Santa’s lap and promise to tell him what we want for Christmas.

  

Can’t wait!

Haven’t moved very far, but still excited to sit on Santa’s lap. We’re being patient and eating a sucker!

The lady calls out “Next in line” and we scrambled, No Santa No Santa No Santa. Yes, we went from total excitement to being scared to death in 2 seconds. Since we waited in line for almost an hour and missed dinner with friends, Mommy & Daddy made us get a picture. It was one a little different than planned and Santa wasn’t real sure what to do, but was a good sport and scooted on over so Mommy & Daddy could join us. We think Daddy was pretty pumped!

We rapidly cheered up once we were off the lap and headed out for a Lady and the Tramp dinner. Well not quite Lady and the Tramp, but Adde, Daddy and the French Fry.

 

Not really sure what other people in the restaurant were thinking at this point, but we didn’t care.

 

Of course Clare had to try it…

 

 

 

And then Daddy sat back and let us try.

 

 

This entertained us while Mommy finished her dinner and cleaned up our mess.

Santa, guess we’ll have to wait until next year to tell you what we want for Christmas. We overheard Mommy & Daddy telling you what they wanted and it’s okay if you bring them presents instead. Merry Christmas!
